Why PhenQ Doesn’t Work For 50% of Users? 5 Scientific Reasons!

PhenQ diet pill is hailed as a 5-in-1 weight loss supplement. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work for almost 50% of users for various reasons.

To combat negative reviews and customers complaints the makers are spreading FAKE News and paid lies!

The number 1 reason for PhenQ’s ineffectiveness is the weak & illogical ingredients formulation. PhenQ makers thought that instead of targeting one area of weight loss, targeting multiple areas might work well and give 5-fold results. It doesn’t seem to be working as well as expected.

#1 ‘a-Lacy Reset’ is an under-dosed Fancy Ingredient

The BIG Bold claim: PhenQ contains a patented ingredient called a-lacy Reset.

A patented formula by itself does not mean a great product or will work for everyone. Non patented ingredients like Caffeine Anhydrous, Synephrine, L-theanine work well for most of the users.

What is a-Lacy Reset?

α-LACYS RESET® is a patented complex containing a synergy of alpha lipoic acid, cysteine and magnesium. This synergy controls and neutralizes existing free radicals, while rejuvenating the body.

Alpha lipoic acid (ALA) is the key ingredient in a-Lacy Reset. The suggested daily dosage is 1200mg for a healthy adult and minimum 300mg to see at least minor benefit. ALA offers a variety of health benefits but is not known to aid weight loss directly.

The strength of a-Lasy Reset in PhenQ is only 25mg, that’s nowhere closer to the daily recommended minimum requirements of 300mg. That effectively makes this super star ingredient a useless filler. However, it’s good for marketing PhenQ.

#2 PhenQ contains weak dosage of InnoSlim

The nutrition label of PhenQ tells that it contains InnoSlim, another independent slimming ingredient primarily made of Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus. However, this is not disclosed on their sales page or in marketing materials.

PhenQ weight loss frustration

InnoSlim® is a stimulant-free ingredient composed of NLF-05 Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus to regulate blood sugar and lipid metabolism through the adiponectin and AMPK signaling pathway.

Even PhenQ fans who flood the internet with daily dose of FAKE News and nonsense reviews have not spoken a word about InnoSlim! So, I’m not sure whether PhenQ really contains InnoSlim or not.

Even if PhenQ contains the hailed InnoSlim, the dosage appears to be weak. The suggested dosage of InnoSlim is 250mg, but as per PhenQ supplements facts it has only 150mg.

#3 PhenQ contains Needless L-Carnitine

L-carnitine is a naturally occurring amino acid that plays a crucial role in energy metabolism. It is often marketed as a weight loss supplement due to its ability to transport fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they are burned for energy.

However, despite the hype surrounding L-carnitine, there is little evidence to support its effectiveness as a weight loss aid.

First and foremost, L-carnitine is not a magic pill that can help you shed pounds without effort. Sure, it may increase the amount of fat burned during exercise but does not directly promote weight loss.

In fact, research has shown that L-carnitine supplementation does not significantly reduce body weight or body fat in healthy individuals.

L-Carnitine is prescribed for serious ailments like heart, kidney, and liver failures. This supplement should be taken only if you have L-carnitine deficiency. 50% of adults simply don’t need this!

The bad thing about L-Carnitine is that it can cause side effects such as stomach upset, heartburn, diarrhea, and seizures. Additionally, you may feel unpleasant burps that cause bad mouth odor, fishy smelling sweat & pee!

#4 75mg Caffeine: Either side effect or No Effect

If you are a coffee lover 75mg  of Caffeine in PhenQ is nothing.

The recommended amount of caffeine for weight loss is typically between 200mg and 400mg per day.

This amount has been shown to increase thermogenesis, which is the process by which the body produces heat and burns calories.

On the other hand, if you are extra sensitive to caffeine 75mg is enough to cause side effects like jittery feeling and sleeping trouble!

Good fat burners often combine caffeine anhydrous with other natural caffeine like L-theanine from green tea, Guarana seed extract or Cocoa bean extract to amplify caffeine dose without side effects. PhenQ has none of those.

Infact, it contains another thermogenic stimulant called ‘Capsimax” an extract from hot chili pepper. This is another independent weight loss ingredient with little science to back its claim. Infact, the clinical study was inconclusive.

Some claim that Capsaicinoid burns more calories during workouts. However, it may cause side effects like stomach upsets, heart tempo raise & pee-burn (feeling of burning sensation in genital area while urinating)

#5 Nopal -Is 20mg enough to feel full for longer?

Nopal, also known as prickly pear cactus, is marketed as natural aid for weight loss due to its potential to act as a fat binder. The cactus is native to Mexico and has been used for centuries as a traditional remedy for numerous health conditions.

Some research has suggested that the active compounds found in nopal, such as fiber and mucilage, can bind to dietary fats and prevent their absorption in the body.

This is due to the cactus’s high concentration of soluble fiber, which works by forming a gel-like substance in the stomach that slows down the digestive process and makes people feel fuller for longer.

It doesn’t work for weight loss due to a couple of reasons.

  • Overweight or obese people don’t eat high fat foods anyway.
  • Eating fat doesn’t make you fat. It’s the carbs that are making you fat. [source]

PhenQ has only 20mg of Nopal. It’s not enough to make you feel full or to curb your appetite.

PhenQ may still work for some users.

Phenq complaints and negative reviews

PhenQ is trying to act as fat burner, fat binder thermo booster & appetite controller.

So, the combination of multiple ingredients might work for some users who understand ‘Science & Math of Weight Loss’. However, unfortunately, it doesn’t work for more than an equal number of users.

Few more reasons why PhenQ is failing to meet users’ expectations.

  1. Unrealistic expectation by users due to choreographed lies, HYPE & Fake Reviews.
  2. Wrong usage by users without understanding the product (the above line could be a reason).
  3. Some side effects (though not serious) force users to stop it.

Conclusion

It is like “jack of all, master of none” slimming supplement. None of the ingredients have required dosage that can give considerable results.

Ingredients are selected to create hype and to market easily, not to aid real fat loss. No wonder there are many negative user reviews online, Quora & Reddit. [source]

Diet pills like PhenQ should be sold to targeted users by clearly explaining best usage practices & potential side effects. This will avert disastrous negative reviews and complaints.

Even PhenQ’s order handling system seems to be flawed as there are many complaints online regarding non-delivery/damaged products/delayed shipping/useless moneyback guarantee etc.
